Dr. Ziauddin Group of Hospitals and Universities is hiring for “Cashier” based at Sukkur.
Job Summary:
To receive the discharged patients files from billing staff & settle down the payment of bills or other queries refer to Assistant Manager Billing Front Office.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for cash & locker locks
· To calculate the billing amount with consultant amount
· To ensure the amount of advance either correct or not with the help of admission officer/computer
· To hand over all investigation reports after clearance of discharged patient bills
· To prepare discharge register & amount register with correct entries
· To arrange & refer queries (if any) to front officer/Asst. Manager, Billing Manager
· To arrange all kinds of refund that is complete in all respect
· To arrange doctor payment envelopes & enter in doctor’s register properly
· To close the account before closing the shift
Other Requirements:
Experience: 4 year in a hospital or hotel
Educations: Graduate, preferably in commerce
Knowledge & Competencies: Computer Skills (Able to work on software), Public Dealing, Typing Speed (45 WPM)
