We are hiring a Manager – Performance Marketing!
Job Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement innovative digital media strategies that align with and support overall marketing objectives, ensuring integration with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Create a comprehensive Digital Media Buying plan based on a deep understanding of the target audience, competitive landscape, and insights gathered from various digital platforms.
- Execute media buying across a diverse range of digital platforms, including social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing, while continuously monitoring performance to ensure that KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to identify and target specific audience segments, optimizing audience targeting and segmentation strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time, using key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign effectiveness, analyzing key performance indicators and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Present findings in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and recommendations for future campaigns.
