Dolmen Group is looking for “Manager – Sales’ for its Business Development Department at Head Office, Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- Operate pro-actively by effectively leading the sales & recovery activities in order to achieve agreed sales and recovery targets.
- Developing and executing sales/payment recovery strategies plans in association with the Head of Business Unit.
- Responsible for sales administration by managing sales launch and ensure completion of sales agreements including after sales service.
- Preparing periodic sales reports on number of customer site visits covering statistical information on source and residency.
- Plan and review the effectiveness of the sales team by recommending training needs to meet the requirements of Dolmen Project.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3-4 Years with proven track record of selling high end products (preferably in a Real Estate business)
Education: Bachelors/Masters in related discipline
Excellent in reporting and well versed in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint presentations.
Excellent in communication with good knowledge of Legal issues pertaining to property sales.
