Dolmen Group Jobs Junior Manager Operations:
Dolmen Group is looking for ‘Junior Manager – Operations’ in its Operations Department, at Karachi.
Responsibilities:
*To manage overall operational concerns of the mall including physical property safety & security, housekeeping, maintenance of the mall.
*Implementation of operations standards with comprehensive understanding of rules & regulations.
*To ensure safety and security of diesel tanks, electric sub-station, power- generation power distribution room, lifts machine room and other assets of mall.
*Responsible for managing outsourced security agencies/ contractors i.e. Housekeeping, Security, Pest Control, etc.
*Responsible for establishing SLAs and KPIs of the outsourced contractors and track performance according to set standards.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years from Mall/Shopping Center Industry.
Education: Minimum Bachelors from a reputable institute.
Capabilities/Skills: Excellent in managing operations related to Security, Housekeeping, Pest controlling, Customer Services etc.
Strong in reporting and communication.
