Are you ready to lead procurement strategies that fuel innovation, optimise costs, and drive successful product launches? We’re seeking a Procurement Lead who can partner across functions and establish robust supplier networks to drive meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement for new product launches by aligning with cross-functional teams and ensuring vendor readiness for timely production.
- Source and secure packaging and raw materials to support innovations.
- Partner with suppliers on co-developing packaging solutions, conducting trials, and ensuring technical/regulatory compliance.
- Drive raw material innovation by identifying local and international sources and promoting sustainable solutions.
- Lead cost-saving initiatives through negotiations, alternate sourcing, and long-term supplier agreements.
- Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships to enhance innovation, quality, and productivity.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews on cost, quality, delivery, and innovation.
- Manage procurement project timelines, track progress, and keep stakeholders informed of risks and status updates.
- Ensure complete documentation of procurement processes, contracts, and approvals.
