We’re Hiring – Institutional Sales Executive
📍 Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi
We are seeking a young and driven professional to lead our Institutional Sales for our leading confectionery brand. The role involves managing end-to-end sales and partnerships with HoReCa, educational institutes, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute institutional sales and marketing plans.
- Identify, pitch, and secure partnerships with corporate clients.
- Manage BTL activations, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in B2B / institutional sales (FMCG preferred).
- Prior exposure to e-commerce, partnerships, or corporate gifting
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
