Job Title: G-Tech Support Executive
Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Install and configure G-Tech software for new users.
- Provide timely access to financials (Manufacturing & Retail) as per user requirements.
- Respond to user queries and troubleshoot issues related to G-Tech.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Audit teams for user-specific configurations.
- Maintain logs of system access and user activity.
- Ensure data security and access control protocols are followed.
- Provide user training and basic system navigation support when needed.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the vendor or senior IT team.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in technical support or software administration.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or financial software is a plus.
- Knowledge of G-Tech (or similar financial/ERP systems).
- Basic understanding of financial reporting processes.
