𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Process payroll efficiently, including salary disbursements, bonuses, and deductions.
- Maintain and prepare payroll reports and records.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including FBR calculations.
- Support internal audits by providing necessary payroll documentation.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Proven experience in payroll operations and compliance.
- Expertise in Excel and FlowHCM is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Conduct research on fabric trends, embroidery techniques, and design elements for RTS collections.
- Develop mood boards, sketches, and digital renderings for new RTS designs.
- Ensure seamless execution from concept to final product, maintaining brand aesthetics.
- Collaborate with textile designers, merchandisers, and production teams to create unique RTS offerings.
- Select fabrics, prints, embellishments, and detailing that align with the collection’s vision.
- Oversee the sampling process and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Ready-to-Stitch fashion design, specifically for female apparel.
- Strong understanding of fabrics, embroidery techniques, and garment detailing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
