𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 – 𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐄, 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Monitor daily inventory levels across all e-commerce platforms
- Reconcile physical stock vs system stock to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to identify stock discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Oversee order lifecycle including picking, packing, dispatching, and delivery follow-ups.
- Ensure timely order processing and accuracy in shipments.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to track deliveries and manage return orders.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory movement, returns, and cancellations.
- Identify abnormalities in inventory and recommend corrective actions.
- Support reconciliation of sales, returns, and payment settlements with finance.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
