Key Accountabilities
• To smoothly manage operations, production planning implementation and team management. • To implement WCM, ISO management systems. • To effectively manage production supplies and stocks. • Ability to positively impact EHS culture through sustained, continuous improvement plans. • To execute new projects and initiatives for waste, efficiency and quality improvement.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
• B.Sc Chemical/Polymer/Industrial Engineering with 5 -7 years of relevant experience. • Tools related to GMPs, WCM (RCA, Why-why, 5W1H, time and motion study etc.). • Knowledge of Unit Operations and engineering basics. • Must have good communication and presentation skills. • Ability to lead and engage. • Problem solving and data analytics
