We are hiring. AM Maintenance
Key Accountabilities:
- To execute and manage preventive and breakdown maintenance functions to minimize downtime with supervision of all mechanical, hydraulics, electrical and instrumentation (including Pneumatics) jobs using WCM tools and PM in SAP.
- To provide technical support to staff where and when needed.
- To control spare parts inventories and minimum stock levels.
- Ability to positively impact EHS Culture change through sustained, continuous implementation of improvement plans.
- To execute, implement and commission new projects and initiatives.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- BSc. Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Repair and Maintenance and Inventory Management.
- Good interpersonal Skills, Project Management and Team player.
- Self-driven and driving/leading improvement initiatives.
- EHS and tools related to GMPs, PM in SAP S4/HANA, WCM (RCA, Why-Why, 5W1H, time and motion study).
