Graduate Trainee Program:
Being inducted at Descon Oxychem as a trainee engineer and business graduate is the perfect launch pad for fresh graduates to embark upon their respective career paths with us. We build upon their technical base and inculcate Descon’s core values within them, in doing so, we nurture our future leaders with competence and confidence required to take on growing level of responsibility and excellence.
Eligibility Criteria:
All fresh engineers having excellent communication skills, research abilities, positive attitude & a growth mindset with at least 75% marks or 3.4 CGPA in respective engineering disciplines can apply.
