What We’re Looking For:
1-4 years of experience in HR role, ideally within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
Excellent hands-on skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP (HCM) is a plus.
Experience in the engineering industry is a plus.
Impactful experience with Organizational Development (OD), Learning, and Performance Management systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
