🚀 We’re Hiring | Contracts Engineer | Descon (Lahore office)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Contracts Engineer to join our team and support our growing projects.
🔹 Job Purpose
Support the Manager Contracts in preparing contractual correspondence and claims, advising project teams on contractual matters, and ensuring compliance to protect company interests and minimize risks.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Assist in preparation, documentation, and follow-up of claims
✅ Support claim negotiations and dispute resolution
✅ Conduct contractual audits and ensure compliance
✅ Manage contracts administration at project sites
✅ Guide project teams on contractual rights & obligations
✅ Ensure implementation of QHSE and QA/QC standards
✅ Maintain proper contractual documentation and correspondence
🔹 Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil)
📊 5–7 years of experience in Industrial Construction, Oil & Gas, or Infrastructure
💼 Strong commercial acumen
🗣️ Excellent English communication skills
🤝 Strong interpersonal skills
💻 Proficient in MS Office & Internet tools
