Descon is looking for a Contracts Engineer for its Refinery Shutdown in Multan!
Are you an experienced engineer with a strong background in contract administration? We are seeking a Contracts Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about project success in an industrial/construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete Contract Administration: Collaborate with technical, planning, quality, and HSE departments.
- Monitor Contract Variations: Track changes and raise Change Order requests as needed.
- Contractual Correspondence: Communicate with clients per contract terms, ensuring timely notices.
- Project Manager Support: Assist the Project Manager with routine tasks and work closely with the planning manager.
- Ensure Contract Compliance: Ensure the project team adheres to contract terms and conditions.
- Planning Expertise: Utilize planning functions and techniques, with a solid understanding of delay concepts related to manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Reporting: Prepare delay logs, opportunity logs, progress reports, and present claims to clients for final account settlement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (BE/BSc).
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in an industrial/construction environment.
