Job Title: Team Lead Treasury
Location : Sheikhupura – DCL Plant
Business Unit : Descon Corporation Limited
Education Level : M.COM /ACCA/MBA
Minimum Experience : Minimum 6-7 years in Treasury and payment domain

Responsibilities:

Managing all aspects of Cash Flow planning, availability of non-funded facilities and fund management.
Daily share Bank Position/Funds Position with all CFOs.
Coordinate with Bank for opening of LCs and issuance of Bank Guarantee.
Co-ordinate with banks, corporate team and related company management for all bank account opening and closing requirements and constant follow-up and meetings.
Reconciliation of Bank Statements
Allocation of Funds in investment companies with coordination of CFO/FBP
Monthly Mark-up accrual against utilized funded facilities i.e., FTRs, RF, LTL, and other funded facilities.
Remittance of Foreign Payments
Dividend payments to shareholders
Timely Monthly Closing of ERP Modules
Administrator insurance of fixed asset, monitor insurance agreements and assure renewal.
Ensure compliance with state bank regulation and ensure compliance with internal control, policies, and procedure in daily conduct of treasury activities.
Liaison with bank and follow up for EE, EF, TERF and all other facilities.
Timely & majorly daily payment of all liabilities related to suppliers, employees and government agencies through online web portal
monthly stock reports
Renewal of all Credit Banking Facilities
Liaison with corporate team for documentation of new security Charges or vacation of Charges for Banking facilities
Maintain and share management reporting for all treasury related activities including cash activity and foreign exchange transaction.
Markup & Profit Calculation
Daily Basis Liaison with banks on any bank related issues
Any additional projects from the management, as required.
External Liaison:
Banks, external auditors
Internal Liaison:
Company FBP’S, manager finance, CFO’S, CEO’S, SCM, accounts payable team, accounts receivable team, tax, reporting & compliance, marketing & sales, admin, HR, internal auditors, manager shared services & head shared services, IT team, corporate treasury.
