Position: Manager, New Ventures
Location: Lahore
Responsibilities:
• Develop new businesses & markets for the company.
• Can be from the Developer side & Contractor side.
• Develop a pipeline of opportunities for the company to meet next 2 to 5 years.
• Identify the viable business opportunities of the designated segment in the market and get pre-qualified wherever required.
• Develop proposals and provide input on market dynamics to meet requirements for must-win projects.
• Track Industry / Country trends for opportunities.
• Present opportunities to LT & Board for approval
• Identify new clients and establish relations for future business opportunities
Experience: 10-15 years of work experience
Education: Bachelor’s in engineering or Business
Skills:
• Knowledge of the region’s business dynamics
• Knowledge of contract management
• Good knowledge of legal regulations
• Advance level knowledge of Manufacturing Industry practices
• Good business acumen and understanding of commercial aspects
• Analytical Thinking
• Interpersonal Skills
