Job Responsibilities:
- Build the overall QSR strategy, including business model, menu development, brand positioning, customer experience and operational framework.
- Lead the end-to-end launch of Dawn Foods’ QSR venture, from concept development to commercial execution.
- Oversee restaurant design, equipment selection, vendor management, SOP development and compliance with food safety standards.
- Create and monitor P&L performance, ROI calculations and financial sustainability models.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience, quality consistency and operational excellence across all locations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10–15+ years of proven leadership in the QSR industry, with deep expertise in operations, store development and brand building.
- Demonstrated experience in launching, scaling, or transforming QSR brands.
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Food Sciences or related field.
