WE ARE HIRING! Manager Research & Development – Artisan
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads and manages the R&D department, setting strategic goals and objectives to drive innovation and product development
- Coordinates with corporate customers to develop artisan bakery products, addressing their specific needs and preferences
- Ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining the integrity and safety of all products
- Introducing and managing new technologies, with a view towards automation & consistent quality
- Develops and implements R&D projects that enhance product quality and efficiency, while managing the budgets and resources for R&D projects to ensure efficient use of company assets.
- Collaborating closely with production, quality assurance and marketing departments to ensure market relevance and quality, and with other departments to align R&D activities
Eligibility criteria:
- Bachelors degree in Food Science or baking science
- 5+ years of experience in the baking food industry
