Manager Production
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, organize, and control production to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, on time, within budget, and to standard
- Set KPI’s and conduct analysis for maintaining dashboards
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow to meet demand
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental procedures
- Maintain quality standards and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Manage resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials effectively
- Use GMP in production to ensure products are consistently manufactured and controlled to meet quality standards
- Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams
Eligibility criteria:
- 8-10 years of experience in the related field
- B.E. Chemical / M.Sc. Food Science
- Autonomous maintenance experience in operations and manufacturing

Assistant Manager – Account Payables (Shared Services)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Supervise AP team and provide guidance on day-to-day operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Prepare ageing reports and support month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements in the AP function.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and handle escalated vendor queries.
Eligibility criteria:
- MBA (Finance), ICMA, CA (Finalist), CPA, or CMA with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills is mandatory.
