Position:Territory Sales Officer/Territory Sales Manager
Qualification:Bachelors/Masters in Sales & Marketing
Experience:4-5 years in FMCG
City: Rawalpindi
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales and Recovery Target as per given by company monthly, Quarterly & Annually basis
- Maintain Product Display at Dealers shop
- Visit to the market on daily basis area wise
- Visit to one dealer in a week
- Expand the dealers network
- Resolve the dealers issues related to services and other. Brief sales & service policy to dealers
- Follow up due payments and collect recovery on timely basis.
- Fix POP material at dealers shop, Give training to FSM for product.
- Distribution Handling
- Responsible for the implementation and adherence of Company’s SOP.
- Responsible for conducting daily meeting sessions with team.
- Responsible for sharing Weekly / Monthly Tour Plan
- Responsible for visiting assigned territories along with the team and separately to keep back check on daily basis.
- Responsible for sharing market visit report with concern Line Manager.
- Responsible for on Job Training of field force.
- Responsible from ledger reconciliation on month basis.
- Responsible for pro-active Market Intelligence for future business prospects.
- Responsible for identification of new customer / new areas for Business growth.
