Minimum Master degree with 5 to 7 years’ experience in same field.
Assist Departmental Heads to prepare job description as per business standards.
Source the most suitable candidates through creative and traditional ways.
Shortlist candidates based on initial screenings and through examination of CV against job description and applicants’ matching experience and understanding of the role.
Arrange interviews with all the concerned and follow up recruitment process till the position is successfully closed.
Executive Search for confidential and critical positions as per management expectation and deadlines.
Maintain matching profiles proactively of best talent available in market through all channels of recruitment for near future business requirements.
Onboard new hires such that they become productive and dedicated as soon as possible.
Work together with other department members to create employer brand and improve talent pipeline.
2 bonuses on basic, 24 leaves Provident fund, compensatory leaves, maternity/paternity leaves.
Salary range Rs.80,000/- 100,000/-
