Dalda Foods is hiring a suitable candidate for the position of Finance Business Partner. The ideal candidate must possess ACCA/CIMA or CA part qualified may be considered with 3-5 years of experience preferably in FMCG with a costing background. SAP knowledge is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
• As a Finance Business Partner, the role requires active engagement with stakeholders across all functions. This requires data dissection, interpretation, analysis, and present findings in easy-to-understand language.
• Monitor oil prices, currency fluctuation and recommend to top management pricing decisions.
• Cash management with a sharp focus on Working Capital management.
• Engage actively with Costing function at the factory to analyze cost movement, wastages, etc.
• Be an active member of Cost and cash effectiveness projects and help deliver tangible savings.
• Develop business reports including dashboards by optimizing IT tools.
• Leverage IT resources to develop Business Apps that help in data management.
• Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance
• Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies
• Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial, and financial targets are delivered
• Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams
