Dalda Foods Limited Jobs AM Technical:Dalda Foods is hiring suitable candidate for position of AM Technical for its edible oil refinery located at Karachi SITE area.
Ideal candidate must possess BE Mechanical Engineering with 3-6 years of maintenance of rotary & stationary equipment and projects in any heavy process industry preferably from Refineries & Edible oil Industry.
Able to handle maintenance & operation teams effectively.
Main responsibilities:
• Plan work process for achieving the company targets and KPIs pertaining to manufacturing & its management.
• Design maintenance strategies and procedures to ensure maximum uptime and reliability of the Plant.
• Develop annual preventive maintenance plans and coordinate with production and planning departments to ensure its implementation as schedule.
• To minimize the down time due to Mechanical failure through effective predictive & preventive maintenance good practices.
• Develop technical specification and BOQ for required engineering services and materials.
• Analyze engineering data and history to determine the unplanned works, PM compliance, MTBF, & costs.
