Position: Legal Executive – Karachi
Job Description
• Drafting & reviewing of Legal Agreements, Contracts, documents and work in coordination with other departments including tax, treasury and revenue
• Familiar with the Commercial and business Law, Civil Law
• Coordinating and negotiating with the End-User, Supply Chain department for finalization of the contracts
• Coordinating with account managers and other stakeholders for the signing of the contract, its distribution and responsible for the contracts administration and archival process
• Reviewing of tenders, RFP on legal aspects
• Preparation of periodical Reports with respect to Legal Department.
• Outline legal and contractual risks in contracts and take effective risk mitigation measures
• Assisting the stakeholders in comprehension/interpretation of contracts and for resolution of issues arising during contract execution
Candidate requirement
• Bachelors in Law
• 1 year of relevant experience
• Good interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Good Command in MS-Office (specially MS Word and MS Excel)
• Strong technical knowledge on all legal aspects involving the company’s activities especially telecom sector
• Ability to work in team and independently
• Proactive towards participation in special projects and initiatives
• High level of integrity
