Manager Quality Control
The successful incumbent should be familiar with the following:
- Conducting or assisting with regulatory and quality training sessions.
- Preparing and maintaining quality management documentation and knows about ISO-9001
- Formulate and maintain quality control objectives and guide these objectives with other managers/ employees / subordinates.
- Analyzes statistical data and product specifications to formulate QUALITY standards.
- Minimize comebacks by conducting periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
- Investigates and corrects customer/dealers/stakeholders, Tyre /Tube’ complaints regarding quality.
- Can handle problems/trouble shooting related with all manufacturing processes.
- Mainly handle the Quality lab, including Rheometer and other machines.
- Performing regular inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality of TYRE/TUBES and safety policies
Qualification:
Experience: 5 Years of experience in tyre industry ONLY.
Salary: Rs.50,000 – Rs.60,000/ month + Benefits as per policy
