1) Executive Assistant (FEMALE)
This position will primarily be responsible for the following tasks:
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
Take minutes during meetings.
Qualification: Inter/ B.Com/ BBA
Skills: The incumbent should have exceptional communication skills (Spoken & written) along with good Ms.Office/PowerPoint knowledge.
Experience: Fresh – 1 Years of relevant experience.
Salary: 20,000/month – 35,000/month
