Crown Group is looking for good and competent resumes for our Sadiqabad Factory for the vacant position mentioned below:
1) Manager Quality Control
The successful incumbent should be familiar with the following:
• Conducting or assisting with regulatory and quality training sessions.
• Preparing and maintaining quality management documentation and knows about ISO-9001
• Formulate and maintain quality control objectives and guide these objectives with other managers/ employees / subordinates.
• Analyzes statistical data and product specifications to formulate QUALITY standards.
• Minimize comebacks by conducting periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
• Investigates and corrects customer/dealers/stakeholders, Tyre /Tube’ complaints regarding quality.
• Can handle problems/trouble shooting related with all manufacturing processes.
• Mainly handle the Quality lab, including Rheometer and other machines.
• Performing regular inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality of TYRE/TUBES and safety policies
Qualification:
Experience: 5 Years of experience in tyre industry ONLY.
Salary: Rs.50,000 – Rs.60,000/ month + Benefits as per policy
