Location: Head Office, Karachi
Age: 22 to 30 years
Education and/or Qualifications: B.Com / BBA / ACCA Part Qualified
Experience: Fresh to 1 year

Job Description
- Book invoices, petty cash and advance to suppliers in ERP system.
- Book JV into general ledger.
- Follow up with concerned department for adjustment of advances and preparing their monthly payment schedule.
- Verify invoices using three way matching (PR, PO and GRN) procedure.
- Run the account closing activities along with the preparation of periodic payable schedules and relevant disclosures for the financial statements of the Company.
- Prepare, maintain and reconcile payable ledgers with the general ledger for all divisions and generate exception report.
- Prepare payable vouchers for all divisions.
- Prepare schedules for financial statement of the Company.
