Job Description:
- Support any other task assigned by the AM HR.
- Understand the HR systems and provide operational support to the AM – HR.
- Assist in managing the employee lifecycle processes such as contract renewals and separations.
- Support the HR department in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Participate in the performance management exercise including preparation of relevant documents i.e. sheets and letters.
- Design, administer, analyze, and present surveys as needed to provide actionable insights to management.
- Assist in organizing staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
- Assist in preparing monthly HR reports and creating presentations.
- Participate in organizational talent reviews and associated tasks.
