Job Description:
- Assist in preparing interim and annual standalone and consolidated financial statements of the company with all its workings / notes in accordance with applicable financial reporting standards and statutory requirements.
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, commentary on operating and financial performance management including financial due diligence report for management key decisions, summary of division wise capital expenditure, summary of division-wise reconciliation of additions (FA Module) with capital expenditure, etc.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining overall chart of accounts, including opening and closing of accounting period and co-ordination of monthly closing activities.
- Assist in preparing budget and uploading the same in the ERP.
- Assist in preparing presentations and analysis for Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Chief Financial Officer.
- Provide necessary financial data to the IT department for uploading on the company’s website as required by SECP.
- Maintaining Workers Profit Participation Fund’s book and working for distribution.
- Maintain record of initiation and completion of each activity of the monthly closing process.
- Overall maintenance of general ledger and accounting records.
- Maintaining data of suppliers, customers, bank accounts, exchange rate and descriptive flex field in ERP.
- Assist in preparing Ad hoc reports and analysis as and when required.
