- Oversee administrative, security, and HSE functions to ensure operations run smoothly
- Prioritize the safety and wellbeing of employees while maintaining a positive office environment
- Develop, implement and maintain systems and processes that drive efficiency and continuous improvement
- Oversee procurement of office supplies and manage office services
- Manage facilities, ensuring cleanliness, functionality and safety
- Manage and maintain accurate records relating to facility management, maintenance, employee relations, procurement and payments
- Conduct regular self-audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
