Key Functions:
- Having strong knowledge about labor laws.
- Knowledge and experience about product related audits.
- Policies and procedures implementation regarding customer COC.
- Knowledge about all type of risk assessment and ensure implementation of assessment.
Knowledge Requirements:
- GRS: (Global Recycling Standards)
- WRAP: (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production)
- BSCI: (Business Social Compliance Initiative)
- SEDEX: (Supplier ethical data exchange)
- ISO: (14001:2015), (9001:2015), 45001:2018)
- BEPI: (Business environmental performance initiative)
- Higg Index (FEM Module)
- OCKO Tex
- BCI: (Better Cotton Initiative)
Technical Audit Skills: To implementation quality management system in the whole process to gain:
- Customer focus/continual improvement
- Leadership/system approach to management
- Improvement of system process/process approach
- Supplier audit and evaluation knowledge
Essential Requirement:
- Bachelor’s/Master in Public Administration/Environment
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Garments/Manufacturing background will be preferred
