Job Opportunity: Senior Assistant Manager- Washing
Cotton Web Limited is hiring Senior Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing wash load processes, ensuring proper communication and efficient resource allocation
Ensuring smooth coordination between pre-production, production, and post-production teams
Driving continuous improvement by minimizing defects, rework, and chemical wastage while maintaining the highest quality standards
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in similar role
Education: Textile engineering or any other relevant degree
