Cotton Web Limited is hiring : MTO (Civil Department)
We are looking for a skilled and detail – oriented professional to join our Utility Department as a MTO. The role is responsible for understanding construction fundamentals, supporting site supervision, maintaining basic knowledge of BOQs and project documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s in civil engineering or any other relevant degree. 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of construction fundamentals, site supervision, and material specifications.
- Basic knowledge of BOQs, drawings interpretation, and project documentation.
- Proficient in using MS Office & AutoCAD.
Skills: Team Management Skills, Strong Communication Skills & Risk Assessment Ability.
