Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
✨ Effective customer liaison to ensure all agreed requirements of the customers are fulfilled.
✨ Ensure that OTIF (On Time In Full) commitment with the customer is honored.
✨ Collect and compile data pertaining to customer complaints and suggest appropriate corrective actions.
✨ Ensure timely dispatch and approval of production samples to the customer prior to shipment.
✨ Coordinate with production to meet customer requirements and timelines.
✨ Timely data entry of trims and fabric in the ERP system.
Experience Required: 2-3 years, with Experience in Handling Levi’s Account.
🎓 Candidate must hold at least a graduation degree in Textile Engineering/BBA/MBA/Marketing or other relevant field.
