Deputy Manager Indirect Procurement
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories (Marketing, IT, Admin and HR) to drive value and efficiency
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment between procurement and business goals
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing dynamics, and supplier innovations
- Lead contract negotiations and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, tools, and systems
Experience: More than 5 years of experience in relevant field
Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
