Requirements
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in HR operations, payroll, and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in QSR, retail, or multi-outlet operations is a plus.
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for new and existing outlets, including screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, and maintain employee records.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll in coordination with Finance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EOBI, Social Security, etc.).
- Coordinate employee salary bank accounts and resolve related issues.
- Address employee queries and process final settlements.
- Prepare monthly HR, payroll, and attendance reports for management.
