Chase Value is looking for Product Manager-Men’s:
Responsibilities:
·Lead the end-to-end creative direction for menswear collections, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
·Manage the full product development cycle, from initial sketch and technical pack creation to final sample approval.
·Conduct market research and trend analysis to predict upcoming seasonal shifts in silhouettes, colors and prints.
·Source and collaborate with reliable textile mills and vendors to ensure quality fabrics meet durability and target price benchmarks.
·Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and consistent quality.
·Executing detailed cost-benefit analyses and “costing-to-target” strategies to maintain competitive retail pricing while protecting profit margins.
·Identifying new market opportunities and category expansion leads to drive revenue growth for the apparel division.
·Partner with retail and marketing teams to ensure product assortments meet sales targets and inventory turnover goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Product Development, or a related field.
8–9 years of experience in menswear product management or Apparel development
