WE’RE HIRING System Support Executive – Multan
JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible to maintain the computer systems in stores and ensuring that all systems run smoothly, providing technical support to all staffs and computer users.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks as well as data center equipment.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and request.
- Providing technical support across the branch.
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Installing and configuring ERP software as well as offline tills on computers.
- IT compliances for IT and IS Audit.
- Any task assigned by HOD or line Manager.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
- Graduation (Information Technology)
- 2 to 3 years of experience on similar role.
- Self-motivated with effective organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Communication.
- Ability to undertake multiple tasks at the same time.
- Proactive and good IT skills
