STORE MANAGER – HYDERABAD
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Delivering CHASE UP customers a delightful shopping experience at the store.
- Responsible for inventory management with minimal shrinkage.
- Developing and implementing effective retail sales and merchandising plans to meet sales targets.
- Executing retail operational plans to achieve elevated growth in sales and profit.
- Proactively managing and reviewing the performance and progress of the store.
- Leading the sales floor with the team and customers to address critical issues.
- Regularly producing and presenting a range of financial/non-financial reports for the management as required.
- Lead in fostering a culture of excellent customer service, care, and sales management.
- Managing and motivating the team effectively.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8-10 years background in retail operations (FMCG & Fashion).
