Position Title: Section Executive – Leather Goods – Gujranwala
JOB SUMMARY: Section Executive is responsible to assist Department Manager in routine task and also specific tasks assigned to him. Bring overall efficiency in the department by collaborating with all the stakeholders so that business requirements are met and ensuring 100% effort for achieving sales targets.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Communicating employee on current sales targets, promotion and other relevant information.
- Assist department manager in staff scheduling.
- Coordinate with departmental staff for proper arrangement of shelves.
- Responsible of checking and receiving the inventory correctly both physically and theoretically.
- Responsible for accurate price communication and to ensure accurate product prices/signage on every product.
- Controlling departmental shrinkages, damages, and expire products under given budgets through defined controls and SOPs.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
- Minimum Intermediate/Preferred Graduate
- 2 to 3 years of experience on similar role in retails industry.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings & weekends
- Effective team member & strong communication skills.
