WE’RE HIRING FLOOR MANAGER (NON FOOD) – Gujranwala
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee the day-to-day activities on the sales floor, including checkout processes, to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
- Work closely with other departments to streamline processes, improve communication, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Supervise the inventory of non-food items, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand and prevent shortages.
- Develop and implement training programs for floor staff to continuously enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Address and resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Create and maintain reports on team performance, and present findings to upper management as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in food retail management or supervisory roles.
