We are Hiring! Site Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control.
- Verify materials, BOQS, and drawings for compliance.
- Liaise with engineers/contractors to resolve onsite issues.
- Enforce safety protocols, SOPS, and documentation.
- Report progress and emergencies to the line Manager.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on supervision in wood/metal/civil construction, renovation, or workshops
- DAE (Civil/Architecture) with strong technical & fieldwork skills.
- AutoCAD 2D/3D (preferred but not mandatory).
- Expertise in construction materials, BOQS, cost estimation, and market trends (wood, tiles, MEP, etc.).
- Ability to read and implement MEP/HVAC/Plumbing drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians and mechanics
- Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members
- Ensure efficient workflow and productivity in the workshop
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment
- Implement and enforce quality control and safety procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with machinery and equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to prevent downtime
- Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Manage inventory tools, and equipment
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a workshop or manufacturing setting, preferably in a supervisory role
- Mechanical repair and maintenance
- Electrical systems and electronics
Education:
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or technology
