Warranty Administration – Lead
About the Role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warranty administration processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines. This includes managing warranty claims processing, monitoring warranty costs, liaising with dealers and service teams, and maintaining accurate records. The incumbent must ensure timely claim settlements, identify claim trends, and recommend improvements to minimize warranty-related costs. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent coordination and analytical skills to manage high-volume workflows efficiently.
The Requirements: The incumbent must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering with 6-8 years of relevant experience in warranty operations within the automobile industry. A solid understanding of vehicle systems, claim validation procedures, and OEM warranty policies is essential. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Oracle) is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and with dealer networks are critical for success in this role.

About the Role: The ideal candidate will serve as a vital communication bridge between the Chinese principal team and the local commercial technical team, with a strong emphasis on commercial operations. This role involves accurate interpretation and translation of technical discussions, service procedures, and documentation related to spare parts, diagnostics, and customer support. The incumbent will play a key role in aligning local practices with global standards to ensure seamless collaboration in both technical and commercial domains.
The Requirements: The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable local or international university, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry. Proficiency in Chinese (both spoken and written) is essential. A solid understanding of the automotive technical domain is highly desirable. The role demands strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to accurately and clearly interpret complex technical content in real-time.
