Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to take on logistics operations in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Logistics to join our growing team!
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
📌 Visit banks for submission and collection of LC import documents
📌 Collect LC policies from insurance offices
📌 Track import samples via DHL on a daily basis
📌 Update DHL sample data sheets regularly
📌 Coordinate with DST and 3PL for sample follow-ups, PTA NOC processing, and daily data entry
📌 Monitor DHL & TCS logistics movement and ensure timely tracking updates
📌 Follow up on TCS payments with brands and handle related data entry
📌 Follow up on FOL payments
𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
✅ A fresh graduate or early-career professional eager to grow in logistics
✅ Excellent coordination and communication skills
✅ Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
✅ Proficient in MS Excel and data management
