Positions: Deputy Manager Accounts & Finance

Job Description: To assist Manager Accounts and Finance in discharging following functions:

1. To prepare monthly production reports along with reconciliation;
2. To prepare daily, fortnightly and monthly income and expense report;
3. To prepare final accounts for external audit;
4. To be responsible for maintaining complete books of accounts for management and auditors as per statutory and company’s requirements;
5. To secure cash inflow and outflow from all work sites (work in progress) as per prescribed policy and process of the company;
6. To prepare cash flow forecast on monthly basis;
7. To be responsible for control of company’s petty cash as per prescribed policy and procedure;
8. To monitor, track and follow-up of accounts receivables and accounts payables;
9. To be responsible for timely payments to numerous suppliers as per prescribed process of the company;
10. To ensure that all payments and receipts are made according to prescribed company policy and procedure and according to agreed upon terms and conditions made with suppliers;
11. To be responsible for overall control of bank and cash transactions and their reconciliations thereof;
12. To perform any other duty assigned by Manager Account & Finance or Group CFO;

Job Specification :

Educational Qualification: At least CA (Inter)
Work Experience: At least 5-6 years post article relevant experience
