Bykea is hiring “Creative Head” based in Karachi.
Bykea is a Pakistan based app offering motorbike transport, deliveries, commerce and payment matchmaking services on its
marketplace platform. Over 2 million registered users drive utility from Bykea in Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi.
We are looking for a seasoned and innovative marketing leader with experience in creative direction and production. We
usually develop everything in-house – so creativity, analytical thinking, team management is all needed. The creative head will
guide all projects and will be responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the marketing department.
This candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude and entrepreneurial
spirit.
The candidate will be tasked with;
- Translating marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
- Managing the creative process from concept to completion
- Lead and direct the content and design team in the production of all marketing collaterals
- Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
- Oversee product branding, look and feel
- Manage and cultivate the career development of creative team members
What you roughly look like as a professional:
- Experience:
a. Preferred leadership experience in driving production of creative assets and campaigns
b. Experience in developing creatives for re-brand, product launch, and sales campaigns
c. Team management experience - Entrepreneurial Spirit: live and breathe the business. Experience in scaled startups is a plus.
- Creative: Eye and thought for world-class design, and preferably a passion for the Urdu language
