Position : Digital Performance Marketeer
Job Location: Karachi
Bykea is a Pakistan based app offering motorbike transport, deliveries, commerce and payment matchmaking services on its marketplace platform. Over 2 million registered users drive utility from Bykea in Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi.
We are looking for an Performance Marketing Lead at Bykea. The incumbent must have a strong understanding of marketing channels, programmatic media planning, Digital Advertising (facebook, google Publishers) and DSPs.
This position will be tasked with 3 main objectives:
1 Digital Marketing for user acquisition
2 Digital Marketing for user retention
3 Optimization of Digital Spend
4 Cross-channel customer attribution and health analysis.
Experience:
1 Preferred 4 – 5 years experience in performance marketing
2 Entrepreneurial Spirit: live and breathe the business. Experience in scaled startups is a plus.
3 Curious: Passionate about consumer behaviour and leveraging it continuously to fulfil business objectives
4 Analytical and Adaptive:

Position Title: BTL & Operations
Bykea is a Pakistan based app offering motorbike transport, deliveries, commerce and payment matchmaking services

Position Specific Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Individual who can work closely with the operations teams. The ideal candidate should be
able to come up with innovative ideas to create TOM recall, visibility of Bykea across Karachi and drive new customer
acquisition through BTL. The desired candidate will also be handling day-to-day operations along with reporting of
multiple channels.
Job Role – This position will be tasked with these main objectives:
Experience in marketing related roles
- Managing and leading BTL team
- Achieve assigned target of new customer acquisition
- Reporting of day-to-day operations
- Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve queries/reporting issues
- Making daily reports as per the requirements
- Identify avenues Bykea could leverage to achieve business goals
