Key Responsibilities:
- Plan & control all the manufacturing processes ensuring optimum utilization of allocated resources.
- Monitor & plan production operations to minimize demand & supply gap, in accordance with all inventory requirements.
- Develop innovative products and also innovate ideas with the existing range of products to make them continuously market competitive.
- Work in concert with QA manager to accord with (PFA) and other regulatory bodies’ requirements.
- Reorganize facility, as needed, improve communication, standard work, improve visual management, Kaizen participation and effectiveness.
- Assist the MR (management representative) in implementing and sustaining AIBI, FSSC 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015 standards as well as HACCP plan at the plant.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Food Technology
- Experience: 6-8 years experience in Bread industry
- Gender: Male
